Om du någon gång har skrivit ett omdöme (även kallat review) online, eller läst ett antal omdömen innan du bestämt dig för att köpa en produkt, då vet du vad detta är. Det finns ju många, många viktiga områden när det gäller digital marknadsföring och detta är bara en del av ditt varumärkes synlighet. För många konsumenter är det viktigt att läsa flera omdömen innan köpbeslutet fattas. För en del andra konsumenter är det inte så viktigt utan man har kanske bestämt sig för att köpa en specifik vara genom att prata med vänner och familj samt besöka en eller ett par hemsidor för skaffa mer information och tips.

Negativa omdömen

Många människor checkar framförallt om det finns några negativa omdömen för en viss produkt. En fråga som jag ofta får är: ”ska man ignorera negativa omdömen?” Mitt svar är att det bör man inte göra. För de företag som strävar efter att ha en utomordentlig kundservice är dessa negativa omdömen väldigt viktiga att bemöta och svara på. Här finns ju möjligheter att eventuellt ’rätta till eventuella missförstånd och problem’. Detta ska man se som viktig feedback från sina kunder. Kanske finns det saker som man bör bli bättre på i framtiden som man inte riktigt har insett. De personer som läser omdömen – och svaren på vissa negativa omdömen – kan i många fall tycka att det är bra med snabb och bra respons från företagen.

The OKC Pool Company is a premier pool designer and pool constriction company.  OKC Pools has a production system that takes the stress out of pool construction.  They begin by providing a 3D Digital Model that shows what the finished pool will look like in the backyard.  Then, they assign a Personal Project Consultant that will work with the property owner throughout the construction process.  The Project Consultant is always available to answer any questions and address any concerns.  Then once the pool is completed, the consultant does a final walk-through to make sure that the pool is completed to satisfaction.   Then OKC Pools provides a Pool School to familiarize the property owners with all of the pool’s features.

Digital Marketing for a Uniform Store

A uniform clothing store in Massachusetts recently engaged WSI for digital marketing services. The store, First Defense Supply, offers uniform and supplies for law enforcement, fire and rescue, and emergency medical services personnel. 

The police uniform store provides uniforms from name brands such as Blauer, 5.11 Tactical, Flying Cross and Vertx, badges, IDs and wallets from Blackington and Strong, boots, shoes and socks from 5.11 Tactical, Bates, Corcoran, Matterhorn and Thorlos. It also provides duty gear such as holsters, flashlights, body armor, bags, restraints (handcuffs), batons, tactical gear and riot gear from well-known high quality product manufacturers such as Safariland, Uncle Mikes, Streamlight and Bianchi. The customers in the law enforcement sector includes state police, local police, county sheriff, Federal and correctional officers.

 

The store also provides uniforms for firefighters and rescue professionals as well as gear and equipment such as Fire/rescue gloves, medical gloves, medical bags, and lights from Safariland, Streamlight, Uncle Mikes.

In addition to uniforms for EMS personnel, the store also provides CPR equipment, medical gloves, and medical bags from the popular manufacturer North American Rescue.

Digital Marketing Services Provided by WSI

The store initially engaged WSI to develop a modern mobile-responsive e-commerce website. While it prepares its inventory to go online, the store launched the website with the purpose of promoting discounted police uniform and gear. WSI developed a digital marketing program for the store which includes biweekly email newsletters to its customer list using Constant Contact, as well as frequent social media posts on its Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin pages. WSI performed detailed keyword research and on-page SEO has been done on relevant landing pages as well as the social media profiles. Ad campaigns are also executed on select social media platforms to promote the brand.

The objectives of the program are to increase website traffic, drive more visitors to the store, promote sale items and increase social media visibility and brand name recognition. WSI Creates SEO Optimised Website for Group 1 Cars

Group 1 Cars is the used vehicle division that forms part of Group 1 Motors – a well-respected umbrella enterprise that establishes, manages and grows new car dealerships for Nissan, Hyundai, Mahindra, Datsun, Mitsubishi, and Renault throughout the Gauteng, Western Cape and Eastern Cape provinces of South Africa. WSI Marketing is proud to have been the online marketing provider of choice for this burgeoning business since 2008. 

Over the course of the last 12 years, Group 1’s reach has grown exponentially. As it did so, our team took care to adjust our campaigns and tactics to ensure that the services we rendered to the company on an ongoing basis kept up with their developing business needs, as well as emerging SEO trends and best practices. 

Group 1 Automotive had found that the pre-owned divisions of the different brand dealerships enjoyed exceptional exposure on the respective brand websites, but that their pre-owned divisions could do with more time in the limelight. As such, the WSI team was challenged to create a dedicated website for all pre-owned divisions under one banner, namely Group 1 Cars, towards the end of 2017.

After extensive market research, WSI decided the best course of action would be to build a brand-new, SEO-optimised website that would focus on search phrases that honed in geo-locations in particular. Pharmacies Continue Digital Marketing Program with WSI

Search engine optimization remains one of the best ways to promote traffic to a website. WSI has been providing SEO services to small and medium businesses for over 10 years with many successful outcomes. Our clients stay on our SEO programs for years. We are pleased that Dinno Health, a company that operates three pharmacies in the Greater Boston area, continues their local SEO program with WSI for the second year. In addition, WSI supports the social media marketing efforts of their own staff.

The three pharmacies also provide a wide range of health and beauty aids, vaccines, vitamins and supplements, orthopedic supports as well as home health supplies.

Family-owned and family-operated, Dinno Health comprises a prescription pharmacy in Newton called Keyes Drug, a compounding pharmacy in Acton called Acton Pharmacy and a local pharmacy in Concord called West Concord Pharmacy. Like most independent pharmacies, they pride themselves on developing personal relationships with their patients and being involved in their own communities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they worked hard and were able to procure PPE for their communities, and donated some PPE to local essential personnel, including the police and fire departments.

The pharmacy group holds health and wellness events every month in Acton and Newton. These events provide a venue for local physicians, nurses, nutritionists, chiropractors, yoga and meditation experts, acupuncturists, etc. to give workshops and seminars on various health-related topics. These are promoted on the website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google My Business, as well as email.

As we continue the local SEO program, we will focus on additional keywords that have not yet achieved first-page ranking status. We publish monthly blog posts on health and wellness blog on WordPress, a home and healthy living blog on Blogger, a home and housekeeping blog on Medium, a family life style blog on Wix and a family life and wellness blog  on Weebly, that build links to the website. The Google My Business listings of the three pharmacy stores will be optimized and weekly posts will be published. In addition to regular posts, the pharmacies are also posting videos on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns are also deployed as needed.

We will monitor the pharmacies’ web visibility progress every month, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. The program’s objective is to increase website traffic, drive more visitors to the stores and increase attendance at the pharmacies’ events. Perna & Abracht , LLC is a full-service law firm in Kennett Square, PA. The firm’s partners represent their clients in cases ranging from Divorce and Family Law, Business and Corporate Law, Employment Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Medica Malpractice and so on.

The firm is well known in the local area but before engaging WSI, their internet presence needed some work. The website was old and outdated and did not represent the firm well. They did not show up in search results for any terms related to their areas of practice, and they had engaged different lead generation services in the past but had not been happy with the results.

The foundation of a strong Digital Marketing Strategy is a good website, so we addressed that issue first and foremost. Home Care Agency Continues Search Engine Optimization Program with WSI

Last year, WSI started a local search engine optimization program for Newton, MA-based home care agency, Visiting Angels Newton/Canton, to generate leads online. Accredited by the Massachusetts Home Care Alliance, the company has been serving Greater Boston since 2004. It provides home care services for the elderly and disabled adults, including respite care, 24 hour care, dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, and other home care services. These non-medical services are delivered by home health aides who are experienced, respectful and compassionate. They are HHA or CNA-certified, have at least three years’ experience in home care and are trained by the agency to provide high quality care. They will perform tasks such as personal care, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands & transportation, medication reminders, and also provide companionship.

As the population ages, the demand for senior care facilities in the Greater Boston area grows. From 55+ housing complexes, assisted-living, nursing homes to services such as in-home care and adult day care, many businesses have sprung up to meet the need. Competition heats up and these businesses began to turn to digital marketing techniques for lead generation.

As a home care services provider with over 250 professional home caregivers, the company has won the Best of Home Care Leader in Excellence award from the national independent client satisfaction survey firm Home Care Pulse five years in a row and has also been named a Top Place to Work by the Boston Globe.

Since we started the local SEO program last May, rankings of relevant keywords have improved and monthly organic visits to the website as well as conversions have increased. In addition to the ongoing link building strategies, we also add new pages optimized for new relevant keywords to bring more traffic to the website. The agency will continue to publish weekly posts on Google My Business and Facebook, as well as sending monthly newsletters to customers and institutional partners.
